RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. General Information
Consumer, this Return and Refund Policy has been prepared to explain the return, right of withdrawal, and refund processes for products sold by İREM SAYLAM KARAGÖZ – IKAGLAIE Beauty Cosmetics.
All transactions are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
2. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product, without providing any justification and without paying any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to us via our email address info@ikaglaie.com within this period.
3. Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Cosmetic and personal care products that have been opened, used, or are not suitable for resale due to hygienic reasons
- Products with the protective seal broken
- Products that have deteriorated or diminished after use
- Products prepared specially in line with the consumer's requests
These products are excluded from the scope of returns pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
4. Return Conditions
Products to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal must be sent to us:
- In their original packaging,
- Unused,
- In a resalable condition,
- Together with all accessories and the invoice.
Returns of products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
5. Gift Products
Gift products sent with the main product must be returned together with the main product during the return process. If the gift product is incomplete or damaged, your return request may not be processed, or a partial refund may be made. The return of the gift product is evaluated together with the return of the main product.
6. Promotional Products
When returning products purchased under a promotion, any gifts or discounted products sent with the promotion must also be returned. Otherwise, the refund amount is calculated by deducting the discount or gift value provided within the scope of the promotion.
7. Return Process
Once your return request reaches us, the product is inspected. Following the withdrawal notice, the product to be returned must be sent to us within no later than 10 days.
8. Refund
Once the return request is approved, the product price will be refunded to you within no later than 14 days:
- Using the payment method used for the original purchase,
- Without any deductions.
Our company is not responsible for delays caused by banks and payment institutions.
9. Shipping Fees
For returns made using the right of withdrawal, the return shipping cost of the product belongs to the consumer.
If the product is defective or sent incorrectly, the shipping cost will be covered by our company.
For purchases made under promotion or free shipping conditions, if the order total after the return does not meet the promotion conditions, the initial shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
10. Defective Products
In case the received product is damaged, missing, or sent incorrectly, you must notify us within no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
