PDPL CLARIFICATION TEXT
General Information
This PDPL Clarification Text has been created to inform the relevant persons regarding the processing of data obtained through the domain name www.ikaglaie.com and the digital channels belonging to the Company by İREM SAYLAM KARAGÖZ – IKAGLAIE BEAUTY COSMETICS GÜZELLİK ÜRÜNLERİ in the capacity of data controller, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL").
1. Data Controller
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPL"), your personal data is processed by

6. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data are stored for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation or for the period required for the purpose of processing. Upon expiration of the period, personal data are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. Data Subject Rights (Article 11 of KVKK)
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to:
· Learn whether personal data is processed,
· Request information if personal data has been processed,
· Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
· Request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
· Request notification to third parties to whom data is transferred,
· Request deletion, destruction, or anonymization of personal data,
· Object to the results of automated systems,
· Demand compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing.
8. Application Method
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, data subjects may apply to our Company to exercise their rights regarding their personal data.
Applications can be made via one of the following methods:
• In writing, in a way that allows identity verification.
• Via registered electronic mail (KEP) address,
• Via the e-mail address previously notified to our Company and registered in our systems,
• Via other methods determined by the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Board).
The application must clearly and understandably state the name-surname, Turkish ID number (passport number for foreigners), address for notification, e-mail address, phone number, and the subject of the request.
Applications will be concluded by our Company free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be requested according to the tariff determined by the KVKK.
